I recently reached out to KMF food distribution to inquire about kosher food options for a contract I’m working on. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. The initial representative was unhelpful. She transferred me to someone with the same poor customer service as her. The sales rep hung up in my face. When I called back to clarify the rep ended the call abruptly. I was hoping for more support and professionalism, especially as a potential business partner. I would encourage KMM to consider enhancing their customer service approach to better service clients.
